Scope of this Policy
Drastin provides clients with a search based analytics software delivered as a service. These Services are separate from Drastin’s website (www.drastin.com). Drastin transmits, processes, and maintains data for clients that use these Services. Drastin does not own or control the information that is transmitted, processed, or maintained by us through our Services. Such information will be held subject to the requirements specified by our clients and in accordance with applicable law.
Drastin, Inc. (‘Drastin’) understands that you care about how your personal information is collected and used. Drastin is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with Drastin. This Privacy Policy describes Drastin’s privacy practices for our services, websites and apps that link to this policy. In this Privacy Policy, we will refer to the Drastin hosted services and related apps collectively as our "Services."
This Privacy Policy does not reflect the privacy practices of Drastin’s clients, and Drastin is not responsible for our clients’ privacy policies or practices. Drastin does not review, comment upon, or monitor our clients’ privacy policies or their compliance with their respective privacy policies, nor do we review our client’s instructions with respect to our processing of information to determine whether such instructions are in compliance or conflict with the terms of the client’s published privacy policy.
Collection and use of personal information through the services and websites
“Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate an individual, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.

Drastin collects personal information when you register with Drastin, or when you use Drastin products or Services. We may collect user profile information, such as username, email address, and a hashed password. We process and maintain information provided or collected by our clients when they use the Services. This information may include Personal Information about individuals. Drastin will use such information as directed by its clients and for internal and service-related purposes.
As part of the Services, our customers' data is stored on Drastin servers. When we provide services that collect or process our customer data, that data is used by the customer, and not by Drastin. Our customers control what data is collected and how it is used within the Drastin Service.
